Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm, and 8am to 12:30pm on Fridays.
We offer a wide range of dental services, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, implants, crowns, cosmetic dental services, and more.
If you provide our office atleast 24 hours notice prior to your appointment, than you will not be charged a fee. However, if our office does not recieve notification of your cancellation atleast 24 hours in advance, then a fee may be charged. Please contact the office with further questions regarding billing or appointments.
Please bring a a valid photo ID, insurance card, and any completed new patient forms.
Routine cleanings and exams are recommended every 6 months to maintain optimal oral health.
